Party/Event Policies

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

Cancellations:

  • Any/all cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

Reschedules:

  • Reschedules will be allowed if prior to 21 days (3 weeks) of event date.  If event booked within 21 day (3 week) window; customer has three days after booking date to reschedule
  • Reschedules due to illness may be made at any but require DOCTORS NOTE for reschedule.
  • Reschedules due to weather will be determined directly by LASER BOUNCE not the customer.  We will allow reschedules if we determine the weather to be to inclement to operate.
  • All customer will be allowed 1 (one) reschedule.  All reschedules must be confirmed in writing by either email or by mail.  Subsequent reschedules will forfeit their original $100 deposit and are required to leave an additional $100 deposit.

Party Policies

  1. Private party packages are based on a minimum rate of 10 guests.
  2. Socks are required to participate in Bounce and Ballocity Play Rooms.  Socks can be purchased for $1.50 plus NYS sales tax
  3. All participants must read and acknowledge our waiver of liability to enter the play arenas; bounce, ballocity and laser tag.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Waivers can be printed in advance, read and signed, by clicking the link below.
  4. NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED ON PREMISE
  5. Combination parties may start in any arena, there are no guarantees that you will start in an arena.  Requests can be made.  For example, a Laser Bounce Combo party , which includes 30 minutes of private play in Bounce Arena and 1 game of private Laser Tag can begin in either Laser Tag or Bounce arena.  The party will receive the exact amount of play time in both arenas, REGARDLESS OF WHERE IS BEGINS.
  6. Any guest participating in Bounce or Ballocity play is considered a paying guests, regardless of age.   Please refer to your reservation/contract for pricing.
